1. Pump some oil into your palms.
2. Take a moment to breathe in the rich fragrance and perceive the opening nuances with all your senses.

Take some more oil and apply it on your sternum. Start with a gentle massage with clockwise circular motions.

Then with your right hand, slowly stroke over the left shoulder to the left hand three times. Then with the left hand over the right shoulder to the right hand three times.
