Application Ceremony

1. Pump some oil into your palms.
2. Take a moment to breathe in the rich fragrance and perceive the opening nuances with all your senses.
3. Apply the oil, gently massaging the skin: feet and legs, hip, back, upper body, chest, and arms. Even your face, if you like.
4. After shower or bath, apply it on the still damp skin.
5. If you have thick, long hair, you can then use the remaining oil on the palms of your hands to nourish and gently knead it into the ends of your hair.

Ritual for lovingly accepting yourself

Spread some oil in your palms. Breathe in the scent, close your eyes and take a moment to be with yourself. Consciously feel your body.

Take some more oil and apply it on your sternum. Start with a gentle massage with clockwise circular motions.

Then with your right hand, slowly stroke over the left shoulder to the left hand three times. Then with the left hand over the right shoulder to the right hand three times.

Now put your arms around you. Hug yourself for a moment with the words, “I lovingly accept myself.” How does it feel? Enjoy this kind of contact with yourself.
